First Tball Game

Savannah played her first Tball game and the baseball parade was afterwards.  During the game Savannah got nailed by a ball in the head.  It was pretty hard considering it came from a little kid.  After I talked her into going back (and did a little bribing) to play she did really well. It was pretty funny watching them trying to find which base they were supposed to run to. Her friend Brooklyn from dance was not there but she had fun with the other three girls on the team. Here are a few pics from the day.

You know it... she's the one in the pink helmet.
She insisted on it so it would match her pink bat and glove.

This pic was taken right before she got hit.
She never turned back around and so she got hit in the back of her head.
I think they need to wear helmets for the whole game:)

First Dance Recital

Savannah had her first dance recital last night.  Her class performed "Ya Know What" and "London Bridges".  They did such a good job considering it was their first performance on stage and the fact that they are three and four years old.  I was videoing so it is not the best but a couple things that I missed that I thought were cute were, before the second routine she ran out on stage before she was supposed to and then as she went off the stage after the dance she waved to everyone. I love watching her dance. I went to every class this year with her and watched her except for one right after I had Breckin. She loves dancing and she loves her teacher and the friends she has made in her class. I can't wait until next year to see her progress even more.
I don't have any pictures of her dancing right now, I ordered a CD with her pictures and will post them as soon as I get them.

T Ball Practice

We got to go as a family to Savannah's Tball practice the other day.  Usually Jeremy or I take her but it was nice to be together to watch her play.  This is her first year and she is learning lots. Sometimes you catch her playing in the grass but other times she is doing so well (typical four year old). Her friend Brooklyn from dance class is on her same team.  Their team name is the Giants. When I first told Savannah the name she said she was scared of giants and then with much convincing that they were the giants she was ok with the name.

Breckin's First Tooth

Breckin had his first tooth pop through yesterday on May 7th.  He was exactly seven months old.  I for sure thought his top ones were coming through first but it was one of his bottom teeth. Hopefully this means the others are not too far behind because he is not a pleasant teether.
P.S. Jeremy wanted me to point out that he found the tooth first:)

Mother's Day

Well I want to start out with thanking Jeremy for giving me awesome Mothers day gifts.  First he gave me tulips, then he woke up with Breckin all night so I could get some rest, he cleaned up the kitchen for me (which I was dreading) and I got a great massage.
Second, I want to thank my mom for my cute magnets that she made me out of pictures of my cute little kids. And thank her for everything that she does for me. She is a huge help! I came home last week and she had done all my laundry!  I have an awesome mom!
And third, I want to thank my cute little kids for always making me feel special and telling me I'm beautiful.
Savannah and I made the grandma's a paper flower bouquet with pictures of the kids on the flowers. I thought they turned out cute. Hope everyone of you special ladies had an awesome Mother's Day!
And of course Savannah wanted to make some "wands" for herself.

My sweet little girl's thoughts

The other day we were driving down the road and Savannah who is now four years old asked me.....
Mommy, is Jesus in the sky?  If I walk up there he will give me a hug, he misses me.
I love hearing what little kids have to say, it is either the truth or something so sweet. There is no in between with little ones, they say what they feel.

Cousin Pictures

We met last week to get new cousin pictures made. I was surprised how well all the kids did. We had them taken at Photoworks in the Orem mall. We got all the copyrights on  a CD for eighty bucks!

Congrats to Josh & Lindsey

I met Lindsey about five months ago, I won't lie I was a little nervous. But the minute I saw her I had a calming feeling come over me and I felt like everything would be great. She was such a nice person, very easy to be around and she is very down to earth. Josh and Lindsey were married last night and we were able to attend their wedding. Lindsey was the most beautiful bride! Really her dress and bouquet were beautiful, she looked amazing! Alivia and Logan were the cutest.  Alivia was so happy you could see it in her eyes. And I think Logan just wanted to get out of dress clothes:) I know they will be a happy family and continue to grow together. They had a book to sign where you could write down your favorite quote or wishes for the bride and groom but the kids started acting up so we had to leave and I forgot to write our favorite quote. So Lindsey and Josh here it is:

Family Vinyl Words & Wall Quotes #18

This is the quote that will eventually be in my front room but due to the lack of furniture I don't want to put it on the wall until I know where the furniture will be. We have many favorite quotes but I do believe this is my favorite.
Here are a few pics from the wedding.
